Sushi lovers who eat only sushi meal and does not want to experiment on the preparation of various sushi items their own, can invest some money in sushi plates to get the conventional feel of eating sushi meals. There are sushi’s which cannot be eaten in one nibble. They are temaki, inari etc. These can only be taken in more than one gnaw and it is not considered as a bad practice. However, single piece of maki, sashimi and nigiri should not be taken in more than two bites.

While eating in sushi restaurant, you should take care of the plates in which you are eating. Even though you are eating in plastic plate, it should be taken care as if in the case of porcelain. Neatly stack your sushi plates when you eat out in kaiken restaurant. It helps the waitress to collect the plates which will help him to count your portion of sushi.

In sushi restaurants, high excellence food are served in high worth plates. The pattern of the sushi plates conveys how good the food is. The kaiken restaurants really show up this factor.
