Some Simple and Tasty Inexpensive Meal Suggestions

Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients

1 pot chopped onions
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
three cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pot chopped eco-friendly bell pepper
1 pot chopped red bell pepper
3/4 pot chopped celery
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
3/4 pot chopped carrots
1 (28 ounce) can peeled tomato vegetables with liquid, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups chopped clean mushrooms
1 (19 ounce) can kidney beans (with liquid)
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, not drained
1 tablespoon soil cumin

Directions

Temperature the oil inside a saucepan on medium warm. Sauté the carrots, garlic and onions until they’re soft. Add the peppers, chili powder and celery. Prepare for 6 mins. Stir within the mushrooms. Prepare for four mins.

Add the tomato vegetables, corn and kidney beans. Add some oregano, cumin and basil. Provide this to some boil. Set the warm to medium. Place the cover on. Permit it simmer for 20 mins, stirring each now and then.

Chili Recipe II

Ingredients

two bay leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon soil cumin
two tablespoons dried oregano
1/2 medium onion, chopped
two celery stalks, chopped
two jalapeno peppers, chopped
two eco-friendly bell peppers, chopped
two (four ounce) cans drained and chopped eco-friendly chili peppers
three cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 pot chili powder
1 tablespoon of soil black pepper
1 (15 ounce) can of garbanzo beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can of whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
Vegetarian burger crumbles
three (28 ounce) cans of whole peeled tomato vegetables, crushed

Directions

Temperature the oil inside a pot at medium warm. Add the onion. Stir within the salt, cumin, oregano and bay leaves. Maintain stirring until the onion gets soft.

Throw within the peppers, garlic and celery. After the veggies are hot, bring the burger crumbles. Set the warm to small. Place a lid on the pot. Permit it simmer for five mins. Toss within the tomato vegetables. Add some chili, chili powder and pepper.

Stir within the beans. Provide this to some boil. Lower the warm. Permit it simmer for 45 mins. Stir within the corn and make for 5 additional mins.

Hamburger Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 pot chopped onions
1 1/2 cups frozen lima beans
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 eco-friendly bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 cups of frozen corn kernels
two teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
two teaspoons salt
1/3 pot flour
two cups potatoes thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
two cans (14.five ounces each) diced tomato vegetables
1 lb soil chuck

Directions

Temperature the oven to 375 F. Mix the chuck, onion, tomato vegetables, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Place it within the casserole. Major with the other ingredients. Bake for 45 mins and top with cheese. Bake for an additional 30 mins.
