I’d like to talk to you about wine making. There was a time where you’d make wine and it would turn to vinegar. Now we have the ability to make great tasting wine. You don’t need the big tubs or large jars with the corks not put on right. Those were the days where you’d make wine that would spoil. Today we have great methods that are quick, easy and clear-cut. Once you try making wine this way, you’ll turn yourself into a believer.

You know how you would bake a cake a certain way; well that is how you approach making wine. You don’t use dirty bottles. I can’t believe that some people move toward making wine this way. There are older methods that were used in making wine, but you don’t have to use these ways anymore. Individuals would give up before they even started. Don’t get me wrong there are wine making secrets and mine are just a little bit better those, but I give you a clear cut method that work so you can turn this into a nice little hobby.

This is what you need: a good yeast and nutrient, make germ-free all used, keep fermenting brews warm and keep them enclosed up during all the stages of making is part of my straightforward practice.

To make a good wine, there are things that you have to do. The recipes change from one to the other. The flavor is more enhanced than others. It takes a little bit of time to make a recipe taste great. One of the things you have to concern yourself with is things like the acid and sugar content that is extracted from the fruit. Every year the fruit is different.

If you follow a few simple rules you will have great success in making wine. You want to think first before picking a fruit to use in your wine. You have to really like the taste of the fruit before making it into wine.

Now it’s time to bottle the wine. Use a glass that is completely clear. Don’t just use any bottle that is around your home. It is best to use the dark colored glass for the red wines and the lighter colored glass for the white wines. The bottom of the glass should always be pushed up. It just makes sense to use the best possible glass for your wine.

When you first start out this hobby, you are not going to make picture perfect wine off the cuff. Making good wine takes time. With enough practice you can make wine fit for a whole bunch of your friends. Those are just some of my wine making tips.
