In summary, emotional, verbal, sexual or any other form of harassment can be solved if a company will make sure that there is a zero-tolerance policy. Having a more social and fun workplace can solve having stressed and burnt out employees. It will be very important for companies who would like to have low turnover rates and higher workplace health cost savings to make sure that these simple measure are put into practice in the office.
